Universal Analyzers offers a simple solution for most applications utilizing our 600 or 3000 Series Sample Conditioning Plates and U-Brackets. The 600 or 3000 Series Cooler uses Peltier Elements to Thermo Electrically reduce the dew point of a gas sample which rapidly condenses and removes the water, providing a dry sample for the gas analyzers.
The SCP and SCU thermoelectric sample systems are designed with an incorporated peristaltic pump for condensate removal.
The Sample Conditioning Plate (SCP) and the Sample Conditioning U-Bracket (SCU) both come standard with the following:

For acid aerosol applications, Universal Analyzers Model 1095E utilizes our proven multi-stage cooling technique to provide a minus 30°C dew point conditioned sample that is free of corrosive Acid Aerosol Mists. The Model 1095E was designed to protect your analyzer from Acid Aerosol Mists, have user friendly operation with a menu driven touchscreen, and to decrease maintenance time.
